The apartment was modern and beautifully furnished, with brand-new appliances and a spacious, well-designed balcony. It was very bright and welcoming, although the bedroom was a bit small. The two bathrooms were extremely convenient, and the shower offered excellent water pressure. The apartment was fully equipped, including a new washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary appliances.

Location is fantastic for conferences. The apartment has everything needed while being pretty compact. Perfect for 2 people. The support was there when needed.

The apartment is located in a very recently modern built building, equipped with a lift in Agios Atanasios, one of the municipalities of Limassol. I really appreciated the level of completeness of the available appliances, as described by Booking page (washing machine, microwave, oven, water boiler, toaster, etc.) and the furnishings, very well-kept (it doesn't look like old, used stuff to you, but new). The apartment was very clean. It is an apartment not close to the Old Port (6 km) but useful for those who need to go to the Germanic Hospital located 2km away. The apartment is close to bus stops for three bus lines that go to the center and to the Hospital. There are a lot shops as pharmacies, bread shops, caffè shops and supermarkets in the neighborhood . There are also some restaurants nearby, but we didn't try them. The apartment is very bright because of the large windows and of balconies with glass parapets; it is also very quiet. There is also a clothes horse but you have to buy detergent to wash the clothes and clothes pegs (I left them as a gift for the next guests). Kitchen is provided with recent crockery, pots, glasses and cutlery. I really appreciated the way in which the owners of the apartment managed some problematic situations proactively and with a refund. This is a highly recommended apartment.
