The staff were incredible. We definitely recommend staying here. Our bags were delayed from our flight and the lovely reception person tried to help us in every way she could. The bags arrived at midnight (5 hours before we left Lima) and she was still all smiles and kind words. She made a stressful situation manageable. Also the room was good value for money. We found it best to get a local bus from the area of the airport but a taxi would probably make more sense. Definitely would stay here again. We felt safe and looked after.

The breakfast was very good and the location was central, the staff were extremly kind and helpful and above all, the whole hotel was very very clean! I will return with great pleasure and will definitely recommend it to others.

All in all, a good hotel, with comfy beds, a good shower and at a good location (several breakfast options around the corner, since breakfast is only served until 9 am) but what we didn't like were the noises late at night from a neighbouring room (that was at 1.30 am) and even though we complained and I think the lady at reception spoke with the people in the room, the noise stayed on. Also in the morning, staff and guests talk relatively loud in what can only be described as a tiled shower room environment, so every word and sound was echoing and therefore intrusive.
