Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. The hotel is clean, the rooms are a good size. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good security, gate locked until you press the buzzer. 15 minutes from the promenade. Terrific breakfast. Very good value.

Good located, calm street, save area. Tea/Coffee 24/7. Water for the first night was a nice surprise. Little bar on the roof is very nice. Room has very good sound proofed windows and A/C.

All of the staff were friendly and welcoming (reception, cleaning, restaurant). The breakfast was very good. There was freshly squeezed orange juice and good quality coffee, and there were a lot of fresh fruit, cereals, savoury, pastries and hot food options. I was a solo traveller, but as there was a suite available for the same price as a room, I booked a suite. It was very spacious, clean and well-furnished, and had air-conditioning and a basic kitchenette. It would have amply catered for a family - there were 2 double beds and a single bed, and it felt spacious and not cramped. An additional small bed / cot could also easily have been installed. Complementary bottles of water were provided. The hotel is situated in a very respectable, quiet area and there was no noise disturbance. It is walking distance from the main attractions in Miraflores and an array of restaurants, shops and cafés. Staff were very keen to give details and recommendations of activities.
