The fine print
- Quiet hours: 22:00 hrs to 08.00 hrs.
- No third party bookings allowed, the person who makes the reservation must be in the apartment and is responsible for the other guests. Failure to comply will result in the termination of your stay without reimbursement.
- No parties or gatherings are allowed. Failure to comply will result in the termination of your stay without reimbursement.
- No visits are allowed in the apartment. Only the registered guests. As an exception, we may be able to allow friends and family with our previous consent. You need to let us know full names and ID numbers. We reserve ourselves the right of admission.
- No smoking or use of drugs in the apartment. Failure to comply will result in the termination of your stay without reimbursement.
- Once the reservation is done, you'll have to send us full names of each guest and their DNI/passport numbers so we can generate the access to the apartment. In case you do not send this information, you won't have access to the apartment.
- To give you the keys of the apartment, a picture of your DNI/passport may be taken. We will only give the keys of the apartment to the person who made the reservation.
- Underage guests must be with their parents or legal guardian.
- Please return the apartment keys to the building concierge when checking out. Failure to comply will result in a US$ 30.00 fine.Private parking:
- Parking is 200 meters away and is subject to availability.
- If you need it, please let us know as soon as you book the apartment.
- To generate the access, you have to indicate us the make, model and license plate of the vehicle.
- You are responsible for any damages you may cause to other vehicles, infrastructure or equipment. Garage key fob must be returned to the buildings front desk during check out. Failure to return it will result in a 100 USD fine.Public street parking:
- It’s preferred that you let us know the make, model, and license plate of your car
- It is free and safe, but we can’t make ourselves responsible for any damages that might happen as it’s on a public street

Very modern apartment with lots of space for a family. Very comfortable beds and near new bathrooms. Great central location on the main road in Miraflores with lots of shops around.

A spacious apartment in a great location. Full of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Quite easy to find a parking spot. Safe to walk around the area and find everything you need, cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies within walking distance. Safe building, easy to access, and easy to communicate with the host to help in case you need anything.

Amazing location!! You are walking distance from kenedy Park where all the restaurants and local shopping are located. At the bottom of the apartment, you have some restaurants, ice cream shops, and a 24/7 mini mart called Listo that has any last-minute things you need. The area is extremely safe. I also really liked that there was a 24/7 concierge service that added to the security. The apartment itself was beautiful. We had a great view from the dining table. All amenities were available. From tv, washing machine, AC , kitchenette, etc.... I also really liked that there was great communication with the owner. Anything we needed extra towels blanket ect. We always had a quick response, which was very nice. Next time I come back to peru, I will definalty be coming back. I 100% recommend staying here.
