The location was excellent and the place was very clean . The gentleman who checked us in was so helpful and welcoming . He helped us with restaurant recommendation and direction to get where we needed to go , also I liked the water dispenser in the lobby . We were allowed to leave our bags after check out and a few items that we had left in the room were returned to us when we collected the bags

Great staff, polite, friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring Lille. Right where you want to be. Our room was small but pleasant.

A welcoming hotel with friendly staff, very clean room and a great location for the old town, restaurants and attractions and a short walk to the train station.

Bed was very very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was good to have free water in reception (fizzy, still or hot). Bathroom was very nice. Location was excellent, with a bus stop nearby with bakery and small supermarket close by.
