Relatively cheap and nice looking art deco features

The room was big enough, not huge, but it had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. It was cleaned every day and, all in all, more than adequate. The breakfast was great - all-you-can-eat from pastries to fruit to ham and eggs. A good way to start the day.

Reception was unmanned initially when we arrived but then a member of staff came to assist and our rooms were allocated. He was pleasant and gave us the info needed re use of the hotel and facilities. The rooms were generally clean, beds were clean, well made and the bathroom linen was also v clean. It was easily accessible for Centre Ville, Eurostar and Metro's. Breakfast looked nice but can't comment on flavour as we didn't book it, There was a nice buzz as people sat and talked in the foyer. The staff were generally helpful.
