“Superb”

Great location. Lille isn’t big itself, so everything is very walkable, however there is a subway within 7min walking distance, so that could be very helpful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You feel like everyone is trying to accommodate your needs and requests. My room was upgraded, so it had city view, which was very nice too. I loved the curtains and how dark it was in the morning. It secures you a high quality of sleep. The room is very clean and quite big. The noise cancelling is quite good as well! I was pleasantly surprised to discover a bathrobe, since it’s not something many hotels provide. While the gym isn’t very big, it’s well-equipped and got everything you need. More than enough for a morning workout. I didn’t need to request luggage storage after checkout—it was kindly offered right away.

The location only 50 metres from the station exit was PERFECT. The walk-in shower, Large mounted bottles of shampoo etc with large print (able to be actually read!), Square and large sink which did not flood the floor when filling, made a change fron so may other less well planned hotels. Excellent.

Bed extremely comfortable. Shower was better than in any hotel I can remember. Breakfast very good, particularly the scrambled eggs and rösti. Staff all very polite and helpful. I had never stayed in a Hilton hotel before, but plan to do so again.

it had everything needed and beyond. more spacious perfect location and all facilities top level: bedsheets, mattress gym etc
