Rooms are small but very comfortable. Its a classic French hotel which was really pleasant and in a great location, close to the train station and an easy walk into the old town and restaurants. Beds very comfortable and a good breakfast. Perfect hotel for a quick foodie mini break to Lille on the Eurostar. Will come back again.

The location was excellent, close to the station and old town. Staff were pleasant and non-intrusive. The hotel reception and building is very French, especially the wrought iron lift which is novel. The artworks everywhere were appreciated. Fresh cotton bedding, clean bathroom. Our room was great, overlooking a side street but with a side view of the cathedral, we even enjoyed the extensive bell ringing (it was Sunday evening). Breakfast was buffet style and adequate although with the room being smallish, I guess it could get awkward with the limited space. It was fine for my son and I as we had the room to ourselves!

The location Is great. Very central. The rooms were very clean, bathroom included. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location - close to the stations, but not too close. Close to the Grand Place, but again not too close that street noise is a problem. The ground floor is charmingly decorated, while the staff were equally charming. Our room was very clean and the bedding and towels were excellent. We had a slight problem lowering the window shutter, but that was resolved quickly and charmingly too. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of fresh and tasty food to choose from. The croissants were just right. We would definitely stay here again.
