The staff were very nice and very helpful. Hotel was clean bathroom had a very good shower and coffee machine was a nice touch.

the staff were friendly professional and very helpful throughout the stay with no exceptions. the bed was super comfortable. I liked the attention to privacy with the screen curtain and the full blackout curtains as the hotel was close to nearby apartments. the shower room and shower were luxurious.

Hotel location is good, with just a 5 minute walk to the main square. Parking is available a couple of minutes walk away.

We loved how special we were made to feel as we were celebrating our anniversary and a birthday. Totally spoilt and unexpected. The service all round was excellent - from the bar staff, to the room service. The location was perfect, with an excellent restaurant recommendation from the reception staff to visit Babe, which is literally next door. Our every need was catered for, and we honestly were very happy. We loved the extra tokens received for not needing a full clean each day, but beds and bins still sorted. A lovely touch. Also loved the Loccitane products - although didn't have any conditioner - which in Lille i found, you really need!!
