location was excellent as its right in the middle of the 古城。We loved that the hotel deco speaks of the Chinese heritage and staying in this vicinity enabled us to immerse in the Chinese traditions of food and culture. We requested for specific breakfast dumplings and our host, 小赵 arranged it. 小赵 was an excellent host, he picked us up from the train station, helped us with our luggage upon arrival and departure, provided laundry service, recommended many excellent dinner venues and shops for souvenirs. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and I want to give a special thank you to our butler, Amber. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Amber was always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful — especially when it came to organizing our trip to Snow Mountain. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Another highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view of the Old Town from our room. Watching the rooftops and lanterns light up at night was absolutely magical — it truly added something special to the entire experience. If you're staying here, you're in great hands — and if you're lucky enough to have Amber looking after you, your experience will be even more special.

The location is really good. You can enjoy the view of Lijiang old town and access to the town easily. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Amber. They can communicate English well. The room is beautiful, comfortable, neat and clean.
