Location was excellent as a stop over point when driving down to Spain. Despite the intense heat our room was cool. Martine was very friendly and helpful and provided us with a very generous cold supper. We were lucky to have the place to ourselves and enjoyed a refreshing dip in the lovely swimming pool.

Beautiful old house in a wonderful location. After long hard ride on our bikes ( we rode from from Angers) we enjoyed relaxing in the excellent swimming pool. The host prepared us a lovely meal and was very helpful and friendly.

Delicious French breakfast which is served in the stunning dining room accompanied by light music. In good weather, served in the garden. The hotel is located in a 19th century building. Stunning area with beautiful flowers and comfortable garden furniture where you can eat. Upon the arrival we were offered a glass of champagne. The hostess reserved a wine tasting for us, which is within walking distance, where we tasted and bought very tasty local wine for very reasonable prices. In the evening, dinner was served in the garden by candlelight. Dinner was delicious, made with local ingredients, filling with several types of local cheese and wine. The hostess Martine was very welcoming and attentive, talking about local traditions. Communication was very interesting, at the same time easy and low-key, which was very important for us on vacation. We recommend this hotel to everyone and we will be happy to return. Martine, thank you so much for your hospitality. There was a complete feeling that we were not in a hotel, but as visiting friends.
