Karosta Prison is one of the most atmospheric and unique places I’ve ever stayed. The history and setting make it feel like you’ve stepped into another world. At night it’s very quiet, allowing you to really soak in the atmosphere. The room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The staff deserve special mention: incredibly outgoing, friendly, and full of fascinating stories that bring the place to life. If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience that’s both chilling and charming, Karosta Prison is a must. Highly recommended!

The expression: Night in the Museum gets new meaning:) . It is quite a unique place and staying overnight is a very interesting experience. Staff is very helpful and even late check in due to unexpected car failure wasn't a problem.
