The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The host left us Italian snacks and drinks to try for free which was very kind of her. Patricia was always in contact with us to ensure we had a great stay and we definitely did. It was walking distance from the beach and multiple food and hang out places. At the end of our stay, we felt like locals. It is also remarkably close to the airport so we didn't have to worry about missing our flights. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. I hope you return again some day.

Apartment is very nice, clean and cosy, with everything you may need. Perfect location. Beaches, train station (for a quick trip to Rome), supermarkets, restaurants - everything in the nearby. It is possible to go to a free beach or one with paid services. We were there end August and surprisingly there were not so many tourists. We liked everything. And Patrizia is really very nice and helpful. Thank you!

Excellent clean apartment close to the sea. The apartment has everything you need, from welcome snacks and everything you need for cooking. Special thanks to Patrizia for the pleasant welcome and everything we needed for our cat. Incredibly happy with our vacation. An excellent option for combining a beach holiday and excursions around Rome. I recommend it with all my heart. Especially for those who value relaxation as if they were at home. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation. 😊
