This is a great little place…there are 3 units on the main floor of a building. We loved the access to a fully stocked kitchen and a nice patio. The room was spotless and had a new bathroom with a large shower.

The room was good, and it has a nice outdoor area and kitchen facilities (shared). WiFi was available with an Android TV (for casting from mobile phone). The beach is about 7 minutes walk, with many cafes/ restaurants close by. The self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Stayed relaxing 2 nights here before flying out of Rome Fiumencino Airport. Mirko keeps the place spotless! My room had a private bathroom (great shower!) and the shared kitchen had everything you’d need to cook in (I only made tea). Perfect location to unwind at the beach for a day after nonstop travel. Also recommend a day out to Ostia Antica to explore if you’re interested in Roman history. I was here in the off season (beginning of October) so Lido was definitely a bit quieter than usual. Mirko is so kind and helpful and included some great breakfast recommendations. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The owner was very kind and responsive. He met us at the property and showed us around. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Newly renovated. The bedrooms and bathroom are private, and there's a shared kitchen and outdoor space. The kitchen was beautifully renovated and stocked with a good amount of basic items. There's also a washing machine and drying rack. The air conditioning worked well. The property is a quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood felt safe and it was easy to find parking.
