The location of the apartment is excellent. Very accessible by public transport to Pisa, Florence, Lucca etc. It is directly across the road from a free/public beach.

This is an an amazing apartment, very spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. A few minutes to the beach for a morning swim and evenings at the roof terrace watching the most beautiful sunsets. Shops nearby for groceries, fresh pasta and cakes. Even a very nice book store! And a gelateria around the corner. Easy to take a bus to Viareggio train station for trips to Lucca, Pisa etc. My whole family loved staying there, and we would love to come back :)
