Food was excellent and the staff very attentive and friendly. Room was clean and comfy. Location was great as a stop over whilst visiting local places.

Fab location for walking into Lichfield. Lovely room St Chads. Looks like brand new shower room. Despite our stay being during a heatwave our room stayed cool. Would like to give a big THANK YOU to Alina who went above and beyond to accommodate our family when I made a mistake on my booking. We really appreciated how helpful you were Alina. Thanks again. All the staff we met were lovely and thanks to Bradley who served our lovely breakfast and advised we could leave our cars in the car park til later in the day.

Room was very nice. Mattress was lovely. Great night's sleep .bathroom large and a great shower. All the staff were wonderful and very polite and nothing was to much trouble.
