Silvia and her son were incredibly helpful. We had problems with our car, and they both drove us around when we needed assistance. Silvia’s son even came to pick us up from the mechanic when we couldn’t find a taxi, and later he drove us to the train station. Silvia made several calls to the mechanic on our behalf, explaining everything slowly since we don’t speak much Italian. She was truly kind and supportive throughout our stay.
