Friendly and helpful staff, they shared the local knowledge to ensure we made the most of our stay on Lake Como. Thanks to their suggestion to get a car ferry from Bellagio to Varenna, we saved four hours on our onward journey to Florence.

Everything! To start the staff were super helpful with any requirements and also pointed out the must do’s of the area and the town. Also explained how to move around (bus and ferries). The view of the lake, oh the view will stay with us! Very clean and comfortable room.
