Hi , I went there for 4 days in late September so the season was at the end but I could still enjoy the pool . Even if we were few clients the staff open the slides for us and I really appreciate that . I’m the break fast area was klojdi that always had a smile for us and he always make us comfortable and helpful . Plus the hotel is very clean with good quality and if you go to the pool they give you free towel :)

From the minute we arrived we were greeted by staff to help with our luggage and although we arrived early we were welcomed by the receptionist who introduced us to the resort and allowed us to use the facilities while our room was prepared. The layout of the hotel is logical and well thought out, mainly concentrated around the large pool area which we very much enjoyed. We were lucky enough to book a suite which gave us an amazing space and comfortable large bed. Staff were all helpful and friendly, a special thanks to Freddy who took us into town in the resort minibus and made us feel welcome everyday.

I had a truly wonderful experience at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the small touches, the service was beyond greatness. The location was perfect-close to Shengjin city and the facilities were top-notch. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety especially the food in general was top 10. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family!
