Very nice room behind the owner's private residence. Extremely clean and looked like we were the first occupiers (which I'm sure we weren't!). Private parking at the end of a cul-de-sac. All super (bar a few tiny litle things which can be improved upon). Fast internet at the property.

The place is nice, renovated, and in a relatively calm neighborhood. Not much to do around if you don't have a car, but we saw a train station at a walking distance that have some trains to Bilbao. You can preorder breakfast or diner but we didn't try. We had a pleasant stay overall!

The location was excellent, as we had reservations at Azurmendi. The room was fantastic with views over the valley, the host was exceptional - ordered us an Uber to the restaurant and when we said we needed to pay he didn't want to accept!! We started talking wine and he uncorked a bottle and brought 2 glasses up to us which we very much enjoyed on the verandah overlooking the valley...............we really recommend this accommodation, and have already done to friends in Australia. Hopefully, one day, we too will return.
