The cottage has a private but easy to find location at one end of the village. Cottage residents have access to delightful gardens, maintained very discretely by the owners. The cottage is spotlessly clean, and comprehensively equipped. The owners gifted a welcome pack, so there is no need to dash for the shops. All the equipment in the property has clear instructions prepared by the owners, and easily located. Everything worked exactly as you would expect, and the free WiFi, accessible throughout the property was exceptional. Despite having frontage to the main road, the property was a silent private haven for those seeking peace and quiet. Bedrooms are spacious and beds and pillows comfortable. The availability of additional duvets meant bedtime comfort was easily tuned to taste. Towels were provided in case you didn't bring your own, and these were good quality. The bath and shower looked new, and performed brilliantly. The bath was deep, and the water did not run our before it was full. There is ample private off street parking sufficient for two cars, and more parking is available on the main road further up the village. The village pub is only a short stroll away, yet distant enough not to be heard, and serves excellent home made food in the evenings.
