Location was great, good parking, nice clean room and good size. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was really great with lots of choice and Danielle in the breakfast room was super friendly and helpful and so hard working.

Spent one night at the BW Cottonwood and no complaints. It’s clean, there’s plenty of restaurants around and it’s a short drive to the old town of Cottonwood. It has a pool though I didn’t use it. I was happy that there’s a washer and dryer available for guests. Detergent is available at the front desk. It normally costs a dollar, but since I didn’t have any cash, the girl at the desk gave it to me for free. Much appreciated! The breakfast was decent enough with various options ranging from yoghurt and cereal to waffles, sausages, eggs. Staff were all around great.

i thought the upgraded Casita room was very nice - wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it. the breakfast was exceptional. place was clean - staff awesome and the food (oddly) enough at a Best Western was amazing
