The breakfast was a nice little bonus with fresh fruit a nice extra, everything to make a comfortable stay and a good location

The location is very good as it is close to the centre of Lewes. It is in a quiet street with little traffic. The breakfast is simple, but adequate with fruit provided and a good supply of coffee and tea.
