The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. It's a family business and you can see that they genuinely care about making it an enjoyable stay for you. They helped us out multiple times, even drove us to the BayArena when our cab was stuck in traffic. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. The rooms we had (three single rooms) were al quite comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good - there was plenty of choice and it was tasty. From the hotel you immediately walk into the city centre, where you can also find Leverkusen Mitte station if you're planning to go to Köln or Düsseldorf or beyond. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Great friendly family run hotel with excellent breakfast right in centre of Leverkusen. Great, always busy restaurant next door that they also own. If you are visiting Köln or Dusseldorf, consider this as a much more cost efficient alternative.
