We had a wonderful time in this cozy house in Kato Kavouri, where we felt at home thanks to the attention to detail and the facilities available. Nikos was very kind and helpful, giving us useful tips and making sure we felt comfortable. The house is a 5 minute walk from the beach. You will need a car to explore the area, shop or eat in town, which was not a problem for us. Thank you Niko, for a wonderful stay, we will definitely book again next time we visit the Peloponnese.

Well equipped house with everything you might need for a beach holiday. We even had sunbeds that we used often. A beautiful garden with lemon and orange trees. There was a turtle in the garden that really liked watermelon.

Niko's house is an amazing place if you feel like spending a couple of relaxed days by the beach! The house is fully equipped, there is nothing you will miss. It is only a two minute walk from the beach and Katakolo is only five minutes away by car. We were two friends renting the house and it was almost too spacious :-) there's no problem with staying there with 4-6 people as there is plenty of room and enough beds. Communication with Niko was exceptional! He welcomed us personally and gave us a lot of recommendations. Also, the communication during our stay was very quick and good! If we have the chance, we will definitely come back!
