Nice personnel, 24h reception Location is perfect if you need to get to Port Maillot (Beauvais airport), but also quite comfortable to get to other parts of the city. Neighbourhood seems safe, there is market, some boulangerie, metro station. Honestly speaking, I don't know why it is so poorly rated. Ok, it is not an exclusive suite, but for sleeping it is perfectly enough. After reading all the reviews, I expected something much worse. What I got is a budget room with too small bathroom, but in good location.

For the money this can't be beaten. You get what you pay for, but as long as you understand this, there's no disappointment to be had. Room was small, but I've had smaller. Sparse, but not problematically so. Bathroom was functional. No nice soaps or anything. Oh, the hot water was too tepid for a shower. Still, it was perfect for me, on a straight in and out visit to Paris for functional reasons only. No complaints from me.
