- Location - Comfortable beds - Staff were very kind, and very competent - Delicious food, with a lot of variety, available 24/7 (when not in the Restaurant, you can have a snack at the pool bar) - Outdoor and indoor swimming pools - Activities every day (music shows, magic shows, kid shows) - Parking available - You can hear the ocean waves at night - The Hotel Design looks stunning - Several bars around the Hotel to get a drink - USB plugs in the bedroom - App available to learn more about the hotel

I was happy and my family was too. The hotel is clean. Staff friendly and super helpful. Free coach to and from Funchal. Pool and facilities, we have no complaints. Location is good too

Location and facilities are great, as a chain and the stars. Food is excellent. Price is worth it, although that is not the hotel with facilities for children other besides outside and inside swimming pool, we didn’t need but consider, if you have small kids. There is a bus going to Funchal, what is nice to have. We expected relax and we have had that. Christmas atmosphere was nice in there. Dinning for NY eve excellent and luxury. That is a big hotel, with plenty of foreigners. Nice bars and gentle staff. Everyday there is a live music and a show.
