The biggest advantage of this apartament is great view from both sides of the flat and nice tarrace. Localization is also the best - strict center of the old town. The apartament has well equipped kitchen, bathroom with all necessary cosmetics, room has lovely blankets and comfortable couch at the window.

The instructions for getting into the apartment were clear and accurate. The central location was perfect for my needs, and the views front and back (with balcony) were great. It was very quiet despite being in the city centre. Everything that I needed was there, including plenty of storage space, and it was all very clean and tidy. I didn't actually cook anything during my short stay but there is a small cooker, lots of pans/utensils, and a microwave. The convenience store next door was really handy (but note that it's closed on Sunday's). The elevator is quite quirky.

Excellent location, very central, close to the university, and the main streets. Grocery store on the same building.
