The central location of Ibis Leuven Centrum was highly appreciated, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. I praise the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the clean and comfortable rooms.

The staff was super friendly and very efficient at check in. I had my key card and was in my room in no time. The room was small, but it had everything I needed. I slept well. The bed was comfy enough.

Perfect location near the heart of Leuven, with a parking which helps since parking can be an issue in the centre. Small but convenient and clean room and decent breakfast.

We went to the wrong Ibis (train station) the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Once we got to the correct hotel, the member of staff was brilliant. So friendly and happy to help. The room was clean and everything was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Very much a three star hotel, with only one drawback. Rooms are a bit cold during winter, especially bathroom which cam be an issue for some. But combined with comfy beds resulted in some great sleep!
