Everything was amazing. Rosemary and her beautiful dogs greeted us on arrival and they were both so welcoming and friendly! She spent ages getting the hot tub to light for us despite the terrible weather. The Skewbald was so cozy and cute and we were left with a little treat and a notebook with lots of useful details about the place and the area. After a dreamy night in the cosiest, comfiest bed ever, we met Martin who noticed us admiring the sheep and let us see them closer as well as introducing us to all their beautiful horses! It is such a special place and we so loved meeting everyone there and talking away. We can’t wait to be back and will be recommending it to everyone! The place was exceptionally clean and tidy. The hot tub was an amazing addition. The BBQ was excellent.and easy to use. The hosts were wonderful and so kind of them to show us their horses and tell us some history about them.

Absolutely lovely stay in the Skewbald. Beautifully converted horse lorry. Hot tub aswell which was very relaxing. Rosemary and Martin were fabulous hosts. Very friendly showed us around the horses. We definitely will go back. Definitely 5* from us. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing night away.
