The fine print
The resort fee is a Club Card which includes access to entertainment, the junior club, umbrellas, and sunbeds on the beach. The Club Card is mandatory for all guests older than 4 years. The Club Card costs EUR 5 per person per day for the first week only and is mandatory from May 16th, 2026 to September 13th, 2026. Please note that the Club Card includes 1 beach umbrella and 2 deck chairs per room, subject to availability.Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 5 per day.Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg or less.Please note that pets are not allowed in the restaurant, bar, swimming pool, common areas, and some types of rooms.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Good breakfast, very beautiful views. Not a lot of mentions about it but there is an elevator from outside of level 0 (reception) to the parking lots at the foot of the hill, so you don't have to walk the winding road to get there. From downstairs you need to go along the tourist bus parkings and into the tunnel that will lead you to the elevator (there are some directions along the path).

Exceptional stay with breathtaking views and perfect service We had an absolutely exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff are truly wonderful and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious—a real pleasure to return to each day. Our son was so happy, he said it's the best hotel in the world! For me, the highlights included the breakfast buffet, which was both delicious and incredibly varied every morning. I also loved the unique funicular that takes you right up to the hotel—it's a fantastic, memorable touch. And finally, the views! Waking up to the gorgeous sunrises and enjoying the spectacular sunsets from the comfort of our room was truly a treat. This hotel is a gem!

The views are exceptional and the staff at the reception especially Matteo is very helpful. The food if basic but nice and Angelo at the restaurant is very helpful too. If you are travelling with a wheelchair the hotel is very wheelchair friendly and you can roam around everywhere with a wheelchair. The hotel is also very clean.
