It was great to be independent with separate entrance and garden. The managed woodland garden behind was wonderful. A SSSI because of the particular flora and fauna.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and sofa, kitchen equipped with everything you need, very quiet countryside location. Backs on to peaceful woodland. Our hosts were very kind and the brownies were delicious! Not far from local attractions such as the broads boat trips, Horsey Gap beach (lots of seals!) and Great Yarmouth.
