Shannon “Prakka base camp was an excellent first base for the TMB”

The stay at Prakka base camp was excellent. The flat was spacious and well equipped. There were even a few games to play in the evening. There was a good view out the kitchen and living room windows. The location is very good. It is perhaps a 5 min walk to the Bellevue cable car which provided us excellent access to hike the TMB and would be easy access for other hikes in summer. or skiing in winter. The village has a good grocery store and bakeries nearby as well. Victor was very helpful and allowed us to store some extra luggage with him for a few days. We really could not have been more satisfied.
