Everything! As a first-time visitor to the Shetland Islands, I felt really welcome. Staff members were very kind and friendly, especially Calum and Eva! Very responsive communication via Booking.com messaging. They were also happy to provided recommendations on the islands. The room was very cosy, and there were enough amenities (just the right number of clothing racks, tea/coffee, towels, etc.). The shared bathroom was very clean and tidy. I really liked the breakfast: simple with a variety of options (fruits, cheese, cereals, eggs). It charged me up before I did my hikes and walks around the islands. I left one day earlier due to unstable weather but communication to hand in the keys etc. was clear. I will book again if I visit the Shetland Islands!
