Havana Villas is not just an accommodation destination, but an unforgettable experience. The design of the villas is a harmonious fusion of classic elegance and modern elements, creating an impressive and functional visual space. The architecture, probably inspired by Mediterranean or tropical influences, is complemented by high-quality materials, impeccable finishes and carefully crafted details. One of the most remarkable qualities of Havana Villas is its atmosphere. Peace and privacy are guaranteed, offering a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The inner courtyard, the private pool and relaxation areas and the private beach in the immediate vicinity (just cross the street) with sun loungers and umbrellas available at any time for guests are designed to create an oasis of calm, ideal for total relaxation. The location has free parking spaces, but there is also a public parking lot (free of charge) with sufficient spaces in the vicinity of the location. The staff is professional, discreet and always available, anticipating the needs of the guests. Each villa is designed to offer a maximum degree of comfort and privacy. The spaces are not very generous, but the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms with quality finishes and equipped with hygiene products. The "10" rating for Havana Villas is justified by the fact that the value received far exceeds the price paid. It is not just a place to sleep, but a complete experience, which involves relaxation, pampering, privacy and a sense of total escape. It is the ideal place for a romantic getaway, a family vacation or simply to disconnect from the world.

The place is truly unique! Right on the seafront, with spacious green areas between the houses, plenty of parking right next to them, and a functional pool reserved only for guests. There’s also food and a bar available at all times, plus free sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool. We were welcomed incredibly warmly by our host Alex, who looked after us throughout our stay. We were a big group of Bulgarians, and since she speaks perfect Bulgarian, she helped us with everything we needed. One morning she even made us pancakes for breakfast as a compliment, for which we are very grateful. We recommend this place wholeheartedly! Best wishes from the Bulgarians practicing on the grass. One day we will definitely be back! ❤️

Great location, built with style and made for comfort and relaxation. Has everything you might need. The pool is great alternative to the sea, which btw is also in front of the villas and the bar/pool, their sun beds are the most comfortable and the staff and owner were all super nice and friendly.

Location is perfect, right next to the beach. You have free pool and beach facilites. Private parking right next to the apartment.
