Amazing place to relax, excellent location, clean rooms, Eleni is amazing, smiling, responsive and hospitable! The beach is 20 meters from the hotel. I recommend visiting this amazing place!

We had a wonderful experience at Basilio's Studios.The accomodation was clean,comfortable and exactly as described.The location was perfect,close to everything we needed,yet peaceful. Our host was incredibly welcoming,kind and always ready to help with anything.Eleni is one in a million!!!We highly recommend Basilio's Studios.

Great place, you cross the street and you're on the beach. It has its own parking spaces, although you can park freely anywhere in Leptokaria. All the restaurants and shops are close by. And the host, Eleni, she is just wonderful. She cares about cleanliness and everyone's comfort. She provided me with a top mattress because she realized I had back problems. I highly recommend!

The building is literally 10 meters away from the beach. Free public parking is available all around the place. The host, Elena has a great personality and is very kind and helpfull.
