Breakfast was good, There was no fruit but when we required the manager said it wasn't a problem and promptly got the kitchen to make us fruit salad. We watched the rugby at bar on the big screen which was a lovely experience.

Excellent staff. I had a burst tyre on my to the Lodge, and when I contacted them to explain my delay, the owner and her friends were so concerned about me being stuck in the dark on my own that they asked a friend to come and sit with me. They also set in place a tow truck if needed. When I eventually got to the Lodge, they sat down with me to eat and drink and check that I was OK. They continued to check I was OK for the next few days. With regards to the Lodge, the room was big and clean, with greenery outside the rooms and lovely lawns throughout the property with impala wandering about. Lots of room outside to sit and ponder, as well as having a swimming pool and a great restaurant. Very easy to find and handy for getting to Pilanesburg NP and even Madikwe Reserve with a bit of research. Great place to stay to attend one of the African Wild Dog ecotrips that usually happen during July and August. These are run by the Waterberg Wild Dogs Initiative. This is my 2nd stay at the Lodge, although I didn't meet owners last time. Convenient spot for if travelling north and has an Avis car hire branch in the town.

The location is excellent, close t the road and nature reserve within. Excellent hideout within town. The room and toilets are very clean ant neat. The scent aroma within the room is great. Keep it up Every this about the venue is great. The staff reception and constant checking on you is much appreciated.
