Manuel is very kind and helpful, he went out of his way to help me. The shared tea/coffee facilities, microwave and fridge much appreciated. Great location for cathedral and night life etc.

Friendly, efficient check in. Coffee machine and fridge available for use. The room was neat and tidy. The shower was brilliant. An excellent location. The bed was comfortable but very low to the ground - like a futon.
