Accommodation minuses: - Shower without shower door, modern doesn't mean practical. A lot of water goes on the bathroom floor because of this - Bathroom and room without hairdryer!! The only place in Austria until now where I didn't have a hairdryer in the room. Unacceptable for a bike park accommodation. - Only one pillow and much too soft - Heating did not work at 0 degrees overnight outside - No user manual for the stove and small coffee machine, minimum explanations at least. - It would be better if there were a mini microwave at least instead of the stove - Large but impractical place to store bikes. More than 80% from the place is rented to some other hotels or people and are locked with locks. And the remaining one's are impractical to lock with a bike lock - misinformation about an offering on a flyer with a reduction for some pizzas at a nearby hotel. Went there with the flyer and the guys didn't know nothing about that. I had to really insist that I wanted that offer. And to find someone that knew what was that about. - No personal to ask questions about anything.
