“A nice comfortable stay with hot tub”

The location was nice and only a 7 minute drive to Chilston Park for a wedding. The staff were very accommodating when we had an issue with our room on the first night around 11:30pm and the staff were able to upgrade our room(we originally booked the small double). We weren't waiting long for them to resolve our issue and get confirmation we could still stay there even though they were busy. The upgraded room was spacious, had a comfortable bed and clean bathroom with hot tub with jets and good pressure overhead shower. There were complimentary robes provided and water and chocolates in the fridge.

The room we stayed in was lovely and cosy. The bed was very comfy so had a very good nights sleep, the mirror above the bed was a very nice touch!! The food in the restaurant was amazing and the lady that showed us to our room was lovely, she showed us how to use the spa tub etc Thank you for our stay, we will certainly be returning!

We were upgraded which was very welcome. The room was great and the breakfast on the sun terrace was lovely.
