The guesthouse was nice and comfortable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I especially liked the beautiful view from the patio, which made it a great place to relax. That said, apart from the breakfast issue, the property was generally responsive and handled things well.

More than anything, I loved the "feel" of the place. Suzy and her staff made me -- and every guest -- feel special. The location is a short walk from the centre, where one could get a sense of how locals live. The day trips organized by Suzy took us to amazing places throughout the region. All local ingredients for breakfast. Definitely a highlight of my travels in Brasil!

Amazing breakfast with lots of options. Big bed, terrace with a hammock and super friendly staff that stored our luggage while we went for a 3-day trekking in the mountains.
