Good room and facilities and good value for money. Best of all was the great customer service from start to finish, especially when we almost faced being stuck on the island another night due to a storm.

Janu and his team are excellent, they were waiting when the Taxi arrived and took all of our luggage to our villa, when we checked in Janu explained all that was necessary for a great stay, The villa is a good size and all the basics are there, also the fridge is well stocked with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and snacks as well, the prices they charge are very good indeed it saved us carrying those basics back to the villa.

From the moment we arrived, Harmony Villas felt like a sanctuary. The property is maintained, peaceful, and offers views of Mt Agung. What truly made our experience stand out was the incredible hospitality from Gede. We encountered a very stressful situation during our stay, and Gede handled it with such grace, empathy, and professionalism that we felt completely supported. Their kindness and calm approach made all the difference. The entire staff was amazing—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and we were personally shown around the property, which made us feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the team’s warmth made our stay truly special. If you're looking for a place that combines stunning surroundings with heartfelt service, Harmony Villas is the perfect choice. Highly recommended! Great breakfast is found next door.

Our first time visiting Bali. Had an amazing experience, would highly recommend to all. We had room 2 downstairs with a private plunge pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
