Location was perfect as we were golfing and could walk if we wanted, it was quiet and close to the beach

Easy access to the beach and The Dolphin gastro pub. Good parking in a private development. High-end, modern appliances with supplies, e.g. dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent. Unlimited "instant" hot water. Good quality furnishings. Excellent BT wifi. Nice patio area at the rear with table and chairs.

The house was a short walk to cafes, a pub and the sea and a lovely longer walk to Aldeburgh.
