The fine print
For security reasons, unaccompanied children under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay at our hotels.
Guests aged under 18 can stay at a Pentahotel only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Alternatively, they must provide a signed document confirming parental or guardian consent. This document should include:
• Full name, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue, and issuing office for both the minor and the legal guardian.
• Copies of the passports of both the legal guardian and the minor(s).
Failure to provide these documents will result in the refusal of the stay

The hotel itself was very good, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The wellness area was also nice and a great addition to the stay. However, the biggest problem was how extremely busy the hotel was. It felt overcrowded almost everywhere. At breakfast it was so chaotic that we couldn’t even find a table. We had paid for breakfast, but the room was so packed with people that it was nearly impossible to move through the crowd. In the end we left without having breakfast, which was disappointing. The wellness area was also quite crowded, with many children in the sauna areas, which didn’t always make it very relaxing. Overall the hotel itself is good, but it was simply far too busy during our stay, probably because it was right before New Year’s Eve and many people were celebrating there.

Room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. Staff was always helpful and the service at the bar was good! Pool and sauna were relaxing.
