The location was amazing, very central. I like the wooden floor in the room a lot (carpets always make me icky). Everything was great!

It's very well located. The view from the room is very nice. One of the staff (the Spanish lady) was reactive when we found dirt under the beds.

The hotel was excellent! Fantastic room and bed, brilliant location, really clean and welcoming! Staff at reception, particularly the girl from Finland who greeted us at reception upon arrival, was really nice and helpful!

Breakfast was good, not brilliant. The hotel was very busy over a pre-Christmas weekend but they coped very well. Easy walking distance from the city sights, and in a very agreeable part of town.
