The facilities in the room were excellent, the only issue we had was that the bed was too soft, but that is a personal opinion. We loved the provision of a bottle of water in the room and access to coffee etc in the lobby. The staff were extremely helpful. We also liked the lift down to the garage.

Spa zone neefs upgrade, it was lower then our expectations.
