The staff were absolutely exceptionally kind and helpful. I have rarely experienced such genuine attention and willingness to help. During my stay there were public transport strikes, which made getting around quite difficult. Several members of the staff took the time to help me think through possible solutions. We discussed different options for quite a while to figure out the best way for me to get where I needed to go. What impressed me even more was that it wasn’t just one person — throughout the day several staff members helped and showed real care and interest. Their attitude was truly incredible. I am not just satisfied with my stay — I am genuinely very happy that I chose this hotel. The hotel itself is also very nice: beautiful design, very clean, well maintained, and in a great location.

Location perfect..staff friendly, super clean, gteat shower, quiet and comfortable beds. Highly recommended. The breakfast was fantastic. Beautiful bat area. Opposite Leipzig train station. Easy reasonably priced parking. A short walk to the centre of Leipzig.
