Location is perfect. Despite being next to the central station, it was very quiet. Air-conditioning works well and we were glad to have a cool room every night. The breakfast buffet layout was better than many hotels as they had more stations to split the crowd and queue. The long couch in the room was good to have as normally only one person gets a chair in the hotel room and the other needs to sit on the bed. The bathroom design was compact, yet nice.

The breakfast was good. The Dog bed, bowls food and treats were a really good surprise. It was very helpful.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room that we got was with 4 separate beds and two hochbett ( roofbeds). During booking we had given the ages of our children ( 3 and 5) it would be impossible for them to sleep on those beds without falling down. The room that at least we received was not family friendly. Thanks to the personal we found a solution ( connected two beds and slept all together there). Nevertheless it was not a great solution/experience if you consider that we paid more than 100€ for a night and slept all together in the same bed. We do it at home but on holidays I would expect based on reservation a double bed and two beds

The location was excellent, just around the corner from Leipzig Central Station and close to many shops. The breakfast was very good, and the hotel itself was modern, with everything working as expected.
