The host approved my request to arrive an hour early as my train arrived before standard check-in. My first thoughts upon first walking in the door at this accommodation is that it's bright, spacious, modern, and clean! There was everything you'd need for staying in Leicester. The shower works brilliantly and is clean with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner if you forgot to bring your own. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances needed (including a coffee machine!) with a good-sized fridge freezer. The bedrooms are both very good sizes with storage space, so you aren't cramped with comfortable beds. There's also dimmer switch lights throughout, which is a really nice thing after a long day at work with tired eyes! Finally, after my departure, the host contacted me to make sure I hadn't left anything behind and assured me that if I had, they would hold it safely for me. Can't beat a caring, considerate host! Overall, it is extremely pleasant, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
