Please note that check-in and check-out outside of the official hours is subject to availability and prior arrangement. Early check-in is available upon request from 12:00 until 15:00 for GBP 15. Late check-out is available upon request until 14:00 for GBP 15. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted on these premises. Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in the loss of your deposit. A security deposit of GBP 100 is required per studio, GBP 150 for the one-bedroom apartments, and GBP 200 for the two-bedroom apartments. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please provide the time of arrival when booking. Please contact the property 30 minutes prior to arrival via telephone.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

I stayed at Kimberley House branch and was extremely impressed that for the price we got a washing machine, a fridge, microwave , complete set of utensils and cooking equipment and even steak knives and scissors! The staff were really welcoming and I loved the apartment and the fact it was a private apartment. It was also squeaky clean so much so I felt good about leaving my toothbrush on the side lol! Ive been funny about this if ive had to stay in main hotels in the past. Food was also ordered from justeat and they buzzed the flat number and brought all the way in to our apartment! The beds were clean and cosy. The telly had Internet and Netflix. There was even a handy oscillating fan. Honestly, for the price it was amazing. The location was also super handy as Nandos etc and all the shopping is literally across the road. Couldn't expect any more from a city stay, thanks guys! Will stay again!

For the price you pay facilities is really good . There was few things that didint work in the room sucha. Fridge and ketle. Its ok for a quick stop but not for long
